Gilles de Saint-Exupéry has been a lawyer for ten years and holds an LLM in IT law from the Université de Montréal. He has been involved in IT law issues since 2009, and co-founded Lexstart, a technology platform providing legal services to entrepreneurs. Gilles is also President of Garage Légal, a legal clinic for start-ups, and teaches at Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law. He is involved in the Quebec entrepreneurial and technological community through several organizations (SAJE Montréal, Millenium Québecor, Propolys, Futurpreneur).

Hugues Foltz has been helping companies develop and execute their digital transformation for over 20 years. In 2018, he became co-owner and executive vice-president at Vooban, a firm renowned for its expertise in artificial intelligence and the development of customized software solutions.

Antoine Guilmain is a partner and co-head of Gowling WLG's National Cybersecurity and Data Protection Practice Group. He holds a doctorate in information technology law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Université de Montréal. He has published numerous monographs and articles, lectures frequently and teaches at several universities.

Soleïca Monnier is a lawyer in Fasken's Privacy and Cybersecurity Group. She advises clients on technology law and privacy legislation. Soleïca is the author of numerous legal resources, articles and reports, in addition to regularly giving conferences and training sessions on subjects such as Bill 25 and the Act respecting the legal framework for information technology. She holds a master's degree in information technology law from the Université de Montréal.

Corey Omer is a partner in Davies' Dispute Resolution, Technology and Investigations & Business Crime groups.He represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters and draws on his background and experience in cyberspace law to provide clients with advice in relation to computer incident response, cybersecurity governance and privacy.Prior to joining Davies, Corey earned an LL.M. with a focus on cyber law from Harvard, and worked as a litigator advising clients on cybersecurity matters in the New York office of an international law firm.

an accountant and trainer, she is now Senior Director Strategy & Marketing at national level. In this role, she contributes to customer needs analysis and product marketing. She works closely with the company's various divisions to offer customers the best solutions, such as Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI. Ms. Majeau holds a bachelor's degree in law and a certificate in journalism from the Université de Montréal, as well as a master's degree in dispute prevention and resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law.

Ranishta Sonah has been working as a Product Adoption and Learning Consultant at LexisNexis Canada for over three years. In this role, she supports online product users in their learning through training tailored to their needs. In this role, she is also often involved in the development of training materials such as the YouTube videos Lexplique and Lexplainer. Ms. Sonah holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Kent and a Master's degree in Translation and Terminology from Université Laval.

Yassia Haddioui joined the DiliTrust team in 2015 as a sales support and customer relations officer, putting her skills to good use and progressing to account manager, business development for the province of Quebec.

Today, Yassia Haddioui guides organizations in their digital transformation and change management. An expert in governance, she supports customers by promoting good security practices while respecting the regulatory constraints of the industries she works with.

Kintxo Freiss is an expert in governance solutions. He trained mainly in law, in France and Quebec. Kintxo has in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing legal departments. A specialist in corporate governance and digital transition, he supports companies in their transformation towards more efficient, secure and paperless legal management.

Sun Knudsen is a researcher specializing in privacy and cybersecurity, a YouTuber and the founder of Superbacked, a secret management platform used notably in estate planning.

Caroline Locher has been general secretary of the Quebec Press Council since 2017. Previously, she headed the Fédération professionnelle des journalistes du Québec (FPJQ). As a journalist, she worked for the BBC in London, France24 in Paris, and CBC/Radio-Canada in Montreal and Toronto. She studied management at McGill University (Bcom 2001) and journalism at Concordia University (Graduate Diploma 2005), where she was awarded the CBC Joan Donaldson Scholarship. As a lecturer at Université de Montréal, she taught the course Éthique et déontologie du journalisme.

Pierre Trudel is a full professor at the Centre de recherche en droit public (CRDP), Faculty of Law, Université de Montréal. Since 2017, he has been a Fellow of theRoyal Society of Canada. A member of the Québec Bar since 1977, he has been a guest professor at Université Laval (Québec), Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and Université Namur (Belgium).

From 2003 to 2015, he was the first holder of the L.R. Wilson Chair in Information Technology and E-Commerce Law. In 2018, he was appointed by the Government of Canada as a member of theExpert Panel on the Review of Broadcasting and Telecommunications Legislation. Since 2020, he has been a member of theAcademic Freedom Committee of the Fédération québécoise de professeures et professeurs d'université (FQPPU).In 2022, he co-chaired a pan-Canadian panel on online security and harmful content under the auspices of the Department of Canadian Heritage.

Kevin Gravier is responsible for branded content at the Société québécoise d'information juridique (SOQUIJ). In 2010, he obtained a Master's degree in public international law, with a focus on human rights. That same year, an internship in the development of popular legal practices crystallized his interest in access to knowledge and the empowerment of individuals and communities. He then reoriented his career towards communications. Since then, he has worked for organizations that focus on accessibility and inclusivity, such as collective enterprises and, more recently, SOQUIJ, where he had the opportunity to participate in the JuridiQC project.
