The Young Bar Association of Montreal invites you to its next luncheon conference on September 10, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. by videoconference, on the following topic: Finding your place in the legal profession: Finding your place in the legal profession.

This interactive conference offers a constructive look at the challenges faced by lawyers at the beginning or middle of their careers. By exploring the perspectives of employees, managers and employers, we'll explore how to navigate bias, assert credibility and maintain authenticity in a structured legal environment.

Tina Pranjić
CEO and founder
Elance

Tina holds a degree from McGill University in gender studies, sexual diversity, social activism and feminist approaches, as well as a graduate degree in management from HEC Montréal. Tina specializes in queer theory, feminist approaches and management, and has over 15 years' experience as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) consultant and trainer. As a second-generation immigrant and queer person, Tina is committed to creating inclusive workspaces. Her skills include intervention, pedagogy, collaboration, leadership and training/coaching. Involved with the Girl Scouts for over 15 years, Tina developed her skills as an empathetic and playful facilitator.

Élance is a company specializing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and has worked with several firms to support their DEI initiatives and offer training tailored to industry needs. Élance offers interactive training, rooted in concrete examples, with an approach adapted to the realities of companies.
