Victoria F. Legault is a trans woman from Abitibi-Témiscamingue with an atypical career path. At the age of 24, she is the Executive Director of Aide aux Trans du Québec. Prior to this, she worked for almost two years as a deputy clerk with the Quebec Ministry of Justice, assisting the Cree and Inuit communities of Nord-du-Québec. She is also a member of Union des artistes and co-chair of the board of Égides - Alliance internationale francophone pour l'égalité et les diversités.
Involved for nearly ten years in defending and promoting the rights of LGBTQI+ people, she sits on several community research committees and nurtures a deep passion for the charitable sector. She is currently completing the Leadership, Impact, and Management in Business program at Harvard Business School.
