Our speaker : Mtre. Karen Kear-Jodoin is a partner at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro and a member of the firm’s Family Law Group.
The main practice areas of Mtre. Kear-Jodoin include divorce, financial claims relating to marriage and/or cohabitation, child custody, and maintenance and alimentary support matters. She has been identified by LEXPERT as a leading practitioner for Family Law Litigation and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Family Law. She regularly appears before the courts and tribunals of Quebec and Canada at all trial and appellate levels.
Mtre. Kear-Jodoin is a member of the Montreal, Quebec, Ontario and Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Quebec Family Law Lawyers Association.
She has lectured in Family Law at McGill University’s Faculty.
