Me Rhonda Rudick is a partner in the Taxation and Trusts & Estates practices of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. She has extensive expertise in the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations and real estate transactions. Rhonda is also experienced in estate planning and other personal tax planning for high net worth individuals. She is recognized as an up-and-coming corporate tax practitioner by the Canadian Legal LEXPERT® Directory and listed as a recognized lawyer in tax and estate planning in the Private Client PLC Cross Border Handbook for 2008-2009-2010 – Law and Leading Lawyers Worldwide. Rhonda has written articles for the Corporate Structures and Groups journal and the Taxation of Executive Compensation and Retirement journal, both by Federated Press. Rhonda has lectured at the McGill Centre for Continuing Education - Taxation of Real Estate course. She is a frequent speaker on tax planning issues.

ax Attorney at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg is a partner in the Taxation practice of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. She has experience in all aspects of domestic and international tax planning, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financings and restructurings. She also advises clients on personal and trust matters. Marie-Emmanuelle has authored, co-authored and contributed to a number of taxation publications and has completed a thesis on international taxation. She has been a tax lecturer assistant at the McGill University Law School and a guest lecturer at the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University) where she presented international taxation to MBA students.
