LEGAL CONSULTATION SERVICES PROGRAM:

This program aims to assist individuals who need help in the preparation of the evidence they need to present during scheduled hearings at:

• The Small Claims Court;
• The Labour Relations Commission (Commission des relations de travail);
• The Régie du logement.

This service is exclusively offered to those individuals whose files are being processed in Montreal.


N.B. No meeting will be arranged if you do not have a scheduled hearing date.

• No meeting will be arranged less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
• No legal advice will be provided in the context of this service.
