Simon Blais, lawyer and MBA candidate at Durham University, United Kingdom, is currently conducting a research project on the management of lawyers. Under the supervision of Dr Birgit Schyns, the research project explores the relationships between lawyers and their employers. With regards to this project, the members of the YBAM are invited to complete an electronic questionnaire (5 minutes to complete). The purpose of this research project is to analyse different factors related to the management of lawyers and thus, enhance the work environment for the lawyers and their employers.
