Since its creation in 2008, the Member Relations Committee aims to strengthen the identity and sense of belonging of the YBAM members.

In order to do so, the Committee promotes the YBAM’s role and history, as well as the important number of events and services offered.

The Committee wishes to increase the involvement, the integration and the commitment of all YBAM members even if they belong to different age groups and evolve in different work environments.

Also, the Committee collaborates with different law school student union to bond with future members of the legal community.

Over the years, the Committee has maintained a great relationship with YBAM ambassadors, a network comprised of members practising in different areas willing to help increase the involvement of the members within the association.

Finally, the Committee assures the documentation and the promotion of the YBAM’s history and accomplishments.
