24th edition of the YBAM's Annual Legal Helpline



 

On March 26th and 27th, the Young Bar Association of Montreal (YBAM) in partnership with the Quebec Bar and Éducaloi will hold, for the 24th consecutive year, its’ Annual Legal Helpline.

During that weekend, from 9 am to 5 pm, more than one hundred volunteer lawyers from different regions of Quebec will offer free legal counsel to the public.

The Annual Legal Helpline of the YBAM is the perfect occasion for the population to get informed on their rights and obligations. Our volunteer lawyers will answer all legal questions regarding family, work, consumer products, order of succession and much more.

Last year we responded to more than 1200 calls which amounts to a 37% increase in the number of calls received compared to the 2009 edition.
